: "The wait time is ridiculous! I brought my 81 yr old grandmother here at 4pm n it’s now 11:37 pm and we are still sitting outside although they already said she needs to be admitted!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating!" - Ursula

: "I agree with the poster below; in this day & age, why can’t this website show ACTUAL wait times, in REAL TIME!!? (It’s so not helpful to show averages!)
And, for all the other complainers, isn’t healthcare for PROFIT fun?? We’re the ONLY developed country that has healthcare rigged in this screwed up way! Why can’t we have a national care program that’s free for everyone!? (Something like Canada?) — in this whacked out world, where 3 stitches costs $3,000+ — how is that fair?"

: "This is by far THE WORST hospital EVER!!!! I come from a small town that has a less medically equipped, and less knowledge staff I use to think that was the worst hospital. Until dealing with SMH a few times twice on my own behalf and a few taking family members. These people are just completely disgusting. How this hospital keeps getting facelifts and funding is quite a laugh bc no matter how pretty you make your halls, your staff and hospital still sucks. They treat major issues with bandaids. from a 5 hour wait in septic shock with an IV in my arm while sitting in the waiting room for another 5 hour wait and there's wasn't even a guarantee that could it would be that. Yay me for not getting any medicine in me to make my body not shut down while in septic shock. This place needs to be sued. Don't waste ur time coming here go to Tampa instead!" - Amber

: "Okay, so this page shows "average wait times..." And not CURRENT wait times. Average over... the past 5 years? How useful is this page if I want to know RIGHT NOW how long it will take me to get to see a doctor at Cedar Sinai in Los Angeles? Apparently not at all. That makes this page useless and, even worse, terribly misleading." - K.

: "Ambulance took 98 yr old mom this morning arriving at hospital at 9:00 am
She is still in waiting room it has been five (5) hours. No food and she weighs 91. They will not allow any family member in to see her. I know she is scared hungry and cold. I know they worry about COVID however not one care worker is wearing kn95 mask just the thin throw away masks we all started with."
