Carondelet St Joseph's Hospital: "I went to urgent care first in lots of pain for what I thought to be a UTI. The doctor there was not sure and sent me to the er at st joes hospital in Tucson az. I was there for four hours, it was a UTI and having crappy insurance at the moment they sent me a bill for over $10,000.00. I finally go on Medicare in a couple of months. I will never go to st joes again and I will tell others to stay away also. They ripped me off!" - Sharon

Carondelet St Joseph's Hospital: "The front check in lady was amazing. She was full of energy and was just a very positive person. I went in for a tooth infection and my jaw was three times the size of my other. I expressed that my chest hurt and my tongue and throat were swelling. I got in fairly quickly all to have my "docter" tell me take it or leave it, im done with you. I asked to speak with his boss and he said why? And then no and walked out. Five minutes later another guy with the same type of scrub, called me a liar, made a stab at me saying "well i gave you narcotics" i was worried about the antibi
otic he prescribed because i had been on the same ones for three days with no results. He said "take it or leave it, or just go to mexico and have them take care of it. I then asked to speak with his boss and he said "No and you need to leave: " i asked for his last name and he said no. I then crawled to my truck and went to a dentist as soon as ivcould. The dentist said i should have been admitted. He drained some of it for me and sent me to a different hospital. Once there they started an iv antibiotics continued to check on me. Turns out people die all the time from these infections. Looks like i will need to have surgery and take much stronger antibiotics. Thank god tmc cares about their patients. I plan on filing a full scale compliant and possibly lawsuit if they intend to bill me. " - brandon
