: "Took my son to Deconess Tuesday night, he was diagnosed with pneumonia and the gave him 1 breathing treatment and script for amoxicillin 3× a day. Now it's Friday night and he's in need of breathing treatment so we will probably be going to ER again in a lil bit if he continues to get tighter in his airways. You would think with people dying from pnuemonia, the would have kept him to continue breathing treatments until he got better.... Why is it that others have no cares if your child dies.....??? Where is the LOVE and compassion in folks at ??

: "Freeman Joplin Emergency Room is a joke. Chest pains and irregular EKG from an urgent care and yet we waited nearly 3 hours while in pain. Their team is not well trained and careless. I’m so over this place and they won’t see another dime from me!!

: "What is the problem with the emergency rooms in Dallas area. My husband has been in emergency at Baylor McKinney since 2 pm with a broken arm - it is 7:30 Is this considered acceptable? Or is my definition of emergency wrong? Surely nobody goes to one without a good reason. It is not a doctor's appt - it is an emergency." - Sharon

I was admitted for a day and everyone spoke to me and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. Im a 50 year medical professionals and I must say that I was very impressed more so than other hospitals in Florida." - Adolfo

: "Brought my cousin in with breathing problems. Waited five hours and left after one woman was brought in by ambulance and dumped in the waiting room. She started having difficulty breathing. No nurses or doctors around. It looked like she wasn’t breathing. This ER needs to be investigated for patient neglect. " - Anthony

He was crying with excrutiating pain. There seemed to be no protocol for his chronic illness. This is so not acceptable. So disappointed. " - Tonia
