Windber Hospital: "Had previous positive experiences until today. Took my son due to a doctor not being available at his pediatricians office. The attending doctor, Dr. Grossman, was extremely rude and arrogant. He talked down to my husband and I. We waited for 4 and a half hours in the er with our son. All the other staff were pleasant and courteous. I will be filing a complaint against him!" - Cheryl
