West Jefferson Medical Center: "I Cynthia Anderson was very disappointed with my ER visit.
I was in a car accident on Saturday did not receive any care other than a pain pills. No Cray or exam. The Dr. Ask me a few questions and walked out, than the nurse or aid asked me did I have someone to pick know me up I stated that it nothing was done for me the young lady asked me to get in the wheelchair she rolled me down the hall .
I was than put into a storage room where the extra while waiting to speak to the charge nurse.
I felt very disrespected I started to crying and finally rolled into the waiting room.
A VERY Disappointed patient give the ER zero star.
