Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center: "I have been admitted to over 12 hospitals around the country and without question WellStar West Georgia in LaGrange is far superior to any of them. No matter what staff it is they are highly professional very friendly very compassionate intelligent and their number one goal is caring for the patient and it is obvious.

I could not recommend this Hospital anymore than I do sincerely, if there was one Hospital in the country to be a training Hospital- WellStar West Georgia should be it. I have been admitted to West Georgia WellStar four times for serious heart attacks and each time I leave it...it is always in excellent condition. A+ " - Brian

West Georgia Medical Center: "I'm leaving a 100% TRUTHFUL EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE LAGRANGE GEORGIA HOSPITAL. My child came home Friday with a fever, so I started given my child Moltrin an that wasn't working an my child's fever kept climbing. So I went got some Tylenol an begin switching them every 6 hours. All day his fever just wouldn't go away. I would stay right on top of it to. So Sunday morning my child's fever was up to 102.6 I didn't give my child anything so the hospital would see that he had a serious fever. So after I arrived at the ER I had to wait for about 30 minutes before my child was seen. After we finally got called back my child's fever had reached 105 an my child began throwing up an before my child threw up, the nurse gave my child a cup of liquid Tylenol an right after my child threw up. So when we finally went back it probably took about 20 minutes before my child was seen. Then a male nurse came in an swabbed my child's throat to check an see if my child had strep throat an the male nurse told me that it would take 20 minutes or less to return with my child's results an it was about 45 minutes before the male nurse returned an he told me that they had lost the swab an needed to take another one an that meant that I would have to wait much longer an of course my child's fever did come down but it went right back up after I got home. Before we left the hospital they all seem to give me a fake friendliness an I could tell that by the expressions on their faces. I ask them was they going to help me get get my child better an the nurse just said, continue switching out the Tylenol an the Moltrin an they wrote a prescription for cough medicine an my child didn't even have a cough. So I went an tried to get the prescription filled an the pharmacy said that my child's Medicaid wouldn't pay for it an the Hospital knew that my child received Medicaid an why didn't they give a prescription that could be filled. I didn't have the $14.00 dollars to get the medicine in the first place. They said at CVS on Vernon Rd. That they would hold it to up to a year to get it. So they put it on hold. Again why should anybody refuse good treatment to a child? The Lagrange Georgia Hospital is by far the worst place to go. Especially taken a child to. It's now Sunday night an I can't sleep because of being worried about my child. My child continues to have a high fever even at 11:00 pm. So whoever reads this comment, PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR MY LITTLE BOY An for us all. God don't ask for money or insurance. I wish this whole world would have the love that God has. I'm just leaving the Most Truthful comment on how we was treated at the Lagrange Georgia Hospital. That's all I've got to say. :(" - Electroman
