Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center: "I have never been more disappointed in our local healthcare system in my life …than I am right now . My wife has fallen and possibly broke her arm and there has been very limited healthcare interaction …..no trauma unit admittance…. And going on 4 hours plus……. I know the hospital staff is doing all they can do in terms or managing their patients and intake …….but the administration at this Bristol Regional Medical- Ballad Health is to blame…..shame on you ………very disappointing experience during a time of absolute trauma …….wil never come back here if can avoid at all cost ????????" - Anonymous
