Verdugo Hills Hospital Stories

Jun 24, 2022, 9:04 AM
Verdugo Hills Hospital: "This ER is terrible and those stats are wrong. I was in there over 4.5 hours for a "non-serious" condition. They don't care about whether their patients are comfortable while waiting to be seen and still don't care once they are. They'll bring you into a room and not tell you why you're there and then leave you there for another hour before you ask someone why you were left in there and are finally seen by the girl you watched sit around joking with her cohorts while people sobbed in the waiting room. An elderly woman couldn't even Open her eyes She was so uncomfortable in the waiting room. On top of that a man's ankle leaked blood onto the floor And their method of cleaning it up for the first 20 minutes was to just throw a towel over it. " - Amanda
