Ventura County Medical Center: "I went into the ER here for servers pain in my neck. Doctor came in an accused me of being an addict & refused any help.
I do not abuse drugs all my medications
Are taken as instructed or the pharmacy wouldn't fill them. He was the worst Dr ever! I end up going to St John's in Oxnard & got treated with respect.
Vc hospital had the nerve to bill me for
