Upmc Presbyterian Shadyside: "Brought my son in at 1024 am on 8/14 having problems with blood and mucus in lungs after breaking 5 ribs in multiple places things we fine at first have been waiting over 2 hours for a ct scan when I asked a nurse for a drink or somewhere to get food they were like we will tell ur nurse never been to this hospital plus my son needs the bathroom and cannot find on this is our second bad Er experience this week" - Patricia
