Pinnacle Health Hospitals: "Went to West Shore UPMC Pinnacle at the recommendation of my pulmonologist. I cam in in respiratory distress. Waited 1.5hours for treatment. After taking 3 back to back nebulizer treatments, no on checked my breathing, I was told to vacate the room and sit in a waiting room by the rudest person who did not care that my lungs hurt and i was shaking from the treatments. Sat there for over an hour until someone came only to be told what i already knew, lungs are enflamed and constricted. Now I am to stay for observation. I hope someone pays attention. I realize they are overwhelmed but the behavior and care is horrible." - Beverly
