Upmc Passavant: "The wait time here ridiculous, I have been here over 5 hours. One of the worst experience’s at a hospital in my life!!! So the chart 2 hours and 32 minute is Bullshit!!! I may be having a Stroke and I am watching person by person walking in after me and going back to see the doctor well before me!!! Fix this broken system please!!!" - Michael

Upmc Passavant: "We have already waited in the ER waiting room for six hours and my 91 year old mom, who came in with chest pain and heaviness and had already been diagnosed with heart failure is ready to go without being seen. No one can give us any idea how much longer we have to wait to be seen. The lack of communication in ridiculous. If we could at least have a clue how much longer..." - Laurie
