Carlisle Regional Medical Center: "My 94 yr grandma with dementia has uti, all she needs is some fluids and the hospital setting to get over this bump. The wait time there was 2 hrs b4 she couldnt take it no more. Gma started throwing up and needed to lay down so had to take her bak home while worried to death about how badly she is being affected. The ppl waiting next to her were there for 12 hrs and still waiting. 12 hrs!!!! There was even a 3rd who continuously threw up the entire time and was still waiting by time she left. Carlisle hospital needs to get their staffing, policies and capacity in a better efficient mode. Even b4 covid hit they were never efficient and minimally staffed. No wonder ppl r dying cuz they like many other hospitals r poorly prepared for the slightest influxes. We pay health insurance and taxes for wat now?
Harrisburg hospital is even rejecting ambulances tonight. Just sad situation all around. "

Carlisle Regional Medical Center: "It is one of worst hospitals I've ever had to go to the er to my son got his penis stuck in his zipper in great pain and it's been almost 4 hours and we are just now seeing a doctor!!! All the er nurses an the doctor are very rude acted like they didn't even care about my son and his problem!!! It truly has taken me all my power not seriously freak out on them!!! And I'm a happy person but when they don't seem to know even how to help my son get his penis out of zipper like their doctors for god sake they should know how to deal with problems like this I couldn't Imagine being a patient with a life threatening condition because they would truly be doomed so many people in area say how needs to be shut down and I now totally agree with them!!!!!!" - Derrick
