University Of Michigan Health System: "Im curious a out wait times and your process. I waied with my mother for 6 hours before she saw a Dr. She’s 88 and otherwise healthy. But her General said to go to UofM Emergency. Now Im pretty smart to see your overly busy and prioritize on need. However, I think you need a black belt genius to fix your patient ingest time and process. Its horrible to one of the best hospitals in America behaving this way. Hopefully you can make future adjustments. No one expects you to have endless resources. But quality and humanity intersect at some point." - Dave

University Of Michigan Health System: "I've been waiting for six hours. I've been back to triage to get bloodwork done three times. I have had multiple sets of vitals done. I have yet to see a doctor or a room, despite having several sets of blood test results back already. When I asked the front desk they said they didn't know when I would see someone, as they go in order of severity of illness. I got sent here from an urgent care. If the ER disagreed and didn't think my symptoms were serious enough to be treated, they could have told me at 1pm when I got here. At this point, I'm about ready to say it wasn't as serious as the urgent care doctor said and go home to rest instead of sitting here." - Kiri
