Uams Medical Center: "Waited six hours for extreme gallbladder symptoms and no one said anything to me after my first initial vitals and ekg. Which they did with me slouched in a chair! Not sure why they did it that way. What a joke. It ruptured after I left. They make so much money and can’t even fix the road around the hospital or hire an extra person so that the wait time isn’t 6 hours. Arkansas lives up to its stereotypes. This is the teaching hospital!! You need to be taught. The whole time not one person cleaned anything in over 6 hours. No chairs no floors no counters during a pandemic. Cops standing around with half face masks. The baskets you have to put your belonging in before the metal detector are never sanitized. I watched some people pull out entire storage units full of filth from their pockets and 500 mast coins. And we are expected to put our phones and keys in them? Employees shoveling food at desks in waiting and check in areas making huge messes with no masks. Gross!! Health care has no more devotion to their job than fast food workers, so enjoy paying off your huge school billl!! Nobody was nice or listened. That’s why people die and are afraid to get care and now you can’t even bring an advocate. Yikes! These companies definitely don’t value people they’d rather save one salary so they can go on 7 vacations a year instead of 6. And we can all die and they can overwork their employees. If there’s a hell those people are damned. " - Tiffany
