Tri-City Medical Center: "Yesterday I was having chest pain due to a heart condition I have. I got there at 4 PM at triage the first they asked what was my pain level. I said 9.5 I had been writhing in pain since3:30 - 4 a.m. by 4 I decided to go to e.r. I waited patiently until 6PM and went to see the status they said maybe I'll be admitted. A few years prior I had a throbbing impacted tooth. I finally got to see the doctor after 9 hours. O.k. throbbing pain that I've experienced doesn't go away it just gets worse. When I had asked to get something for the throbbing and pain they said no because I appeared to be homeless and I appeared to be exhibiting drug seeking behavior. Omg my face looked like I had a huge jawbreaker in my mouth. Sorry tri cities I'm gone even if it kills me." - Steve

Tri-City Medical Center: "I was taken to ER by Fire Department and after being put into a room, the Dr put oxygen on me because fluid buildup in my lungs. The nurse turned it off after the Dr walked out of the room . I turned it on and the nurse came in and turned it off again. The Dr came in, I explained what happened and he did nothing, except turning it on.the room had no call button to call nurse if needed.no TV, the room looked like a storage area for excess equipment. There was dirt around the edges of the room . Rust stains on the floor from old equipment not being moved after wet moping.stains were old and very dark orange/brown.after 5 hrs I tried to leave and they wouldn’t let me go for a hour. I said I would sue for holding me against my will, they rushed me out the back door." - Lee
