Thomas Jefferson University Hospital: "Been at the ER since 6:30pm and it’s currently 1:53am. I’ve been there for 7.5 hours for PAIN. it frustrates me that people may experience extreme pain but may not show it. They put these kind of people in the back burner over people who are fake crying in pain.

There’s a 90 something year old man here stating he was sitting there for 12 hours the last time.

It is truly depressing that this is how a hospital is. You have to wait 7+ hours to be seen for emergency. If a hospital can’t keep up with it’s first hospital but yet spends all their money and effort on new projects. Jefferson seemed to fail to remember to keep up their old junk projects like the original one on 9th street.

This hospital is junk. It’s trash. This hospital needs a serious make over and improvements. "

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital: "ABYSMAL. NO CARE, NO UPDATES TO ANY OF THE PATIENTS WAITING HOURS AND HOURS. INDIFFERENT CHARGE NURSES AND ER MANAGERS. THE WORST "CARE" ONE COULD RECEIVE WHEN COMING TO THE TJUH. DISGUSTING VISIT TO A FACILITY THAT HAS ONE OBJECTIVE AND COULDNT EVEN GET THAT DONE." - Marge

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital: "Jefferson proudly tells you their wait time is 7-9 hours. plus +. I arrived at 7:30 pm I was not seen until 3:45am! So that is not a truthful estimate of wait time statement.
And. These are people with serious emergencies. Internal breathing, complications from surgery I.e infections among other things I think Jefferson’quality of care has plummeted over the years

Go elsewhere!"
