Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest F: "I went in at 11:30am and didn't leave til after 4:30. I did not get the comfort of an er room, I was put in an observation area after we found out I was not having a heart attack. They did take care of me but when I saw the establishment of what my visit would be after my insurance paid their part it was crazy when I sat in this uncomfortable chair and couldn't have my loved one with me in the area but others did have their loved one with them kind of sucked.. I had de'javu of JPS, just sad to see such a good hospital like this.smh" - Leslie
