Sutter Roseville Medical Center: "ER was terrible. Waited 1 hr to register and co-pay. Then sat in the lobby almost 5 hrs before they admitted me. Then sat in the ER room for 1.5 hr before CT scan. The only reason I finally got the scan, which I told them I needed, was because another trauma was gonna be there in a few minutes and they needed my room. Anyway it turns out I was in more danger than the Trauma. I finally got blood pressure cuff on, monitors measuring my heart rate was on, and a nurse finally come in & ask if I want anything such as pain. Radiologist insisted on more test and other doc's immediately rushed me into surgery within minutes of their findings. I wondered why I was ignore the entire time with PPO insurance. " - An
