Florence Hospital At Anthem: "The most inept staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Made a man with a back injury walk across the hospital for x-rays because they're too lazy to find a wheelchair, screwed up pharmacy where prescription was sent, just all around useless. You're better off staying home over going here. " - Arthur

Flagstaff Medical Center: "Went to the ER for a post surgery blood clot that developed in my leg. Been waiting in the ER for over 6 hours and still no end in sight. Some other patients I have spoken to have been waiting almost 12 hours!! This is outrageous!! Good thing my blood clot hasn't traveled up to my lungs yet.... Not to mention spring here 5 days after shoulder surgery and not offered even a drink of water. Worst hospital experience of my life" - David

I came here with O2 86, nit sure how I made it here, almost passed out on mt way. I am hooked to oxygen right now. It is very cold. They promise blankets but never brought any. There is no water available, their vending machine is not working. Still did nit see a doctor.Overall, it is very frustrating. And very painful, too." - Aleksandra

Verde Valley Medical Center: "The ER at VVMC has got to be one of the slowest. Took my wife there today(7-31-23) at 3:30 for an incision that was leaking fluid. 41/2 hours later we were still waiting in the waiting room, yet the 5-6 other people without life threatening symptoms that came in AFTER us were taken to a room. This is an ongoing problem as they have 1 doctor on duty at any given time. A few years ago I observed the one on duty playing video games on the desktop computer and we were waiting to be discharged after several hours in the ER. Someone needs to take charge and get a couple maybe 3 doctors for the ER in the only hospital in the Verde Valley. Also tonight an older lady in a wheelchair was never seen. She ended up leaving but was brought back by the Police as she got off property and slumped over on her motorized wheelchair and someone called 911. She was there before us and was there as we left. She was in a lot of pain it seemed. Hopefully someone will start looking into the situation at this ER. They need help.....BADLY" - Paul
