University Medical Center Of El Paso: "Well, where should I start? My dad is 81 years old. He was walking perfectly fine yesterday and has been. Nothing abnormal healthier than most 81-year-olds for sure as he’s still very active he exercises and he works on a farm. So activity is part of the daily life. Then suddenly last night he was unable to even move his legs walk or any normal movement without major pain and him screaming. We go to the hospital that was supposedly ranked number one in El Paso and we have now been in the waiting room for almost 9 hours. We are told there is no bed. Why is there not a contingency plan of some type he cannot even set up. We’re having to hold him up. I don’t understand when we speak to people that work here they are nice but only if we walk up to them, they see him laying over in the chair unable to hold himself upright. I am shocked. " - Gordon

Lake Granbury Medical Center: "Was taken to Granbury Hospital after a bad fall on the ice. Spent 4 hours on a gurney in the hallway. Finally got in to get a CT, doctor told me that my ribs and hip were just bruised. After 2 days on not being able to walk, went to Glenrose Hospital to get an MRI. MRI showed 2 fractures in my pelvis. Granbury Hospital ER was terrible! ER was filthy, staff and doctor were uncaring about patients. I will never go there again! will tell all my friends to go elsewhere and get much better care." - Mike
