St Rose Hospital: "I am here right now. I came by ambulance. Granted they did rule out all life ending problems but I have been in my room for close to 7 hours. I have gone over 2 hours without anyone checking on me. The doctor hasn't even came to see me yet. Some how the monitor went off, it went from orange to a solid red making a loud sound. It took me pressing the call button and still waiting over what seemed like 5 minutes for someone to come. If it had been an actual emergency, I shudder to think what state I would be in if I would even be alive. This is a complete turn around from the last time I was here. I will say this the staff is very nice but seems to be seriously overworked." - Anthony

St Rose Hospital: "My 22 year old daughter went to st rose er for stomach pain. She had been out of the vountry earlier in the week. The nurses stuck her numerous times with a needle making her feel like it was her fault they could not find a vein. She was given a Shot of Haldol which is a serious psych medication and she has never had a history of psych problems or received any type of psych medication. She was allowed to drive herself home less than 2 hours after the Haldol shot clearly not capable of driving. She was discharged without a doctor talking over her or to her at anytime about her bood work or urine specimen after being told the doctor wanted to go over her lab results with her. The nurse told her that she was fine and the doctor was too busy totalk to her. In her takehome paperwork there was no mention of what the 2 shots they gVe her were or why she hot them
They refused to allow me in the emergency room with her when she was clearly distraught. She was there over 5 hours and her discharge paper had a time on it 2 hours earlier than her discharge time. No doctors name ever was given to me when I asked who discharged her and was told no doctor saw her because she was fine. She was so out of it from the shot of Haldol that she was lucky to make it home. I offered to come get her and was told it was not necessary and even though I am her mother she is 22 years old and not allowed anyone with her in the emergency. I have been vaccinated and boosted for covud so that clearly is not the issue here. When I called the nurse would only give me her first name and whenxi asked her last name she hung up on me. I cannot get my daughter to go with me to another emergency room for proper care because she is so distraught over her experience. She came home in worse condition than when she left.

St Rose Hospital: "A hospital supposed to make you comfortable instead by coming here we feel like we are in trouble and stuck that’s how it feels dealing with staff totally feel like you are in middle east where human rights are violated and not in the US.
Whole system staff needs to be overhauled. They treat you like a peace of crap." - Harwinder
