St Luke's Hospital Bethlehem: "Food if you can call it food. Not even close. The bed remotes are impossible to control. How can you reach them when your chest has been sawed open. Put them on the call button. One nurse was extremely rude and hated her job. " - Robert

St Luke's Hospital Bethlehem: "This is the third time my 92 yr old mother has been admitted to St Luke's only to be left in ER for 24 hrs. on time and approximately 17 hrs the other time. Each she was told you will be going up to a room shortly. That never happens and when questioned we were told "Oh were full now no rooms available" and you are on hold (whatever that means). Why do they do this? Either admit her with a room or send her home, this last time was the worst she laid in urine-soaked bedding until she figured out how to use the call bell that I had placed with her before I left(no one even placed that with her.) I should never have left her or believed that she was going up to a room shortly. Don't use this ER if possible it stinks, who treats a 92 yr old like that or anyone else for that matter!
