St Jude Medical Center: "It was a NIGHtMARE for our entire family that has been apart of ST Judes for over 63ys I am one seven children and my mom gave birth to 6 out of seven at this hospital, We have all been followed by the Lawton and Fraiser group of MD & we also have extended family members that are employees, with that being said we have always been happy with Medical group. Until Tuesday Sept 20th when we were given the most disrespectful, unprofessional, unethical l. unprincipled ,improper, negligent incompetent and ignorant care ever for He's been a large part of the Fullerton Community since the 60's only to better the community and this is his pay off at 90yrs old left in a small hard bed, not eating , pants and under garments wrapped around his ankles.ICE COLD hands. being ignored for asking to use the toilet for more then 24 hours and then told by the ER DR that the [plan is to put him in a skilled nursing facility because why?????? nobody was in the ER room However little did he know we all were in the ER lobby where we were told to wait, It is our families decision to have our dad cared for at home . in the ER he tested positive for the COVID 19 and at that point we were told no more visitors !!!!! he's in isolation ????? both my parents have been happily and deeply in love for over 60 years and they're each others life line that was suddenly cut off , He has a cardiac issue and hes still waiting in the ER" - Bridget

St Jude Medical Center: "I didnt appreciate that the nurse that had blonde hair by the entrance had ask for my husbands wrist band out of the blue they never ask for the wrist band when you discharge , we have been there many times and that was never been asked and not only ask but she only asked for my husbands wrist band with all of his information on it and she i watched to see if she was going to throw it away but never did i saw keep it in her hand.It was very unapproapriate not happy." - Lola
