St Francis Hospital & Medical Center: "We have been waiting to see a doctor for almost 3 hours now. Staff are laughing and chatting in the hallway and my dad is having trouble breathing and chest pains. He had a pneumothorax a week ago, yet the staff does not seem concerned and we have yet to see a doctor. I really had higher hopes for Saint Francis hospital, I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to this ED. " - Leigha
