Ssm Depaul Health Center: "Because I was screaming out in pain they decided I didn’t need to be there , I was running a 103.3 fever. I was told to leave and when I did this nurse came up from behind me and jumped in my face and I put my hands up to block her, I was blacking in and out and don’t remember much but I went home and blacked out for 4 days before my dad found me acting all weird and my hand was swollen bad if he hadn’t checked on me I could’ve been dead the next day. All because I was crying out in pain. I didn’t even know I was running a fever" - Diane

Ssm Depaul Health Center: "I've been waiting 7 hours. Haven't even drawn blood yet. Another guy has been here 20 hours and an 84 year old lady waited 14 hours. Very frustrating. " - kelly
