Springhill Medical Center: "I arrived at the emergency room at 3 in the morning and I was helped by the staff right away, but I was very disappointed when Dr. Contang came in, the first thing he asked me was, why am I at the hospital at 3 in the morning? (the whole right side of my face was clearly swollen) due 2 a infection in my sinuses that caused an infection in a metal rod that is in the front right side of my face, (obviously if I'm at the hospital at 3 in the morning and I tell you I can't sleep there something wrong and I'm in pain) then he stated that he couldn't assist me with any pain medication, after I already informed him that I did not want pain medication, that I was simply in need of a antibiotic to clear up my situation. The doctor was very rude, he never looked me in my eyes not once, the only thing he cared about was going back to sleep.
But as I said I was very impressed with the rest of the staff. But would never refer anyone to see Dr. Congoing for anything.

PS. HUGE thank you to the rest of the staff for being so very helpful!"
