Southern Ocean Medical Center Stories

Sep 06, 2015, 11:10 PM
Southern Ocean Medical Center: "I was in the southern county medical center emergency department for two hours and thirty minutes today without being seen for my health problem. After two hours of waiting, I approached the triage nurse and asked when I would be seen by a nurse/doctor. I was told I was somewhere after the next two patients. I waited another half hour and asked the ER person if this type of wait was her hospital's idea of customer service and advised her I was leaving. I was told patients that were more ill went before me. When I first spoke to her, I advised her that I was a diabetic. Today's experience at southern ocean was a major disappointment." - Ron
