Sinai-Grace Hospital: "My mom was there yesterday around 2:30pm and a very rude nurse (Melanie) grabbed her by her arm while escorting her to the back. My mom is 85 and now has bruises on her arm and hurt feelings. The nurse then yelled at her and told her that she seems okay to her. I need to hear back from someone asap. " - Tia
