Scottsdale Healthcare-Shea Medical Center: "ER room is horrible, nurses unpleasant or unhelpful, they grumpy and even ready to fight with patients. I have been hospitalized lately for my health got badly, gets a lot test a blood draw at least 20 tube, but no treatment, tell go home see regular doctor for my short of breath and all problems. Nurse really rough, not happy when you call them for something. Left me on the room by myself over hours no nurse ask me I’m ok or not, but insurance bill come right away when you get in the room. Doctor rush see them 2 less than 10 minutes, but she stay in the door to talk, not even close to me when tell her my eye have pain, she take a look from the door and I’m in bed, your eye look fine, she said.
Something wrong here, why go to ER? For treatment not to come say hi and paid bill just conversation. What wrong this day for all Doctors and Nurse.
In the time in ER: I had seen couple old people, her husband get something, she try call nurse couple time because no one checked her husband, and they started fights, nurses yelled call security to get them our just because the lady worried for her husband serious condition no one check on them like me.

Scottsdale Healthcare-Shea Medical Center: "Our son was in John C. Lincoln North Mountain September, 2016. He could not walk as pain from cancer to intense. For 8 days he was on the oncology in intense pain, running a fever, and sore neck. On the 8th day a doctor just shrugged her shoulders and said "some people run fevers". Our son had a different CVC doctor daily. Tests were run, but no reasons found for his symptoms. He was released late in the day. The next morning it was obvious he had meningitis. We rushed him to ER and he was placed in ICU. CVC doctor appeared to tell us "oh, the meningitis culture that we took before he left the first time came back positive". After being told he would die 2 times and his pain never being under control, family members were able to transfer him to Barrows/St. Joseph's. Pain was under control in less then 24 hours and remained so. I feel sorry for caring persons that work at John C. Lincoln in what is obvious sub par and just flat out ignored by the demi gods.
