Saratoga Hospital: "8/16/2023 I waited 6 hours before I finally gave up. Was there to be evaluated for a possible MRSA infection. Was clearly triaged to be one of the last to be seen. But worse were those who waited 7 or 8 hours before giving up. The man doing triage was incompetent and rude and uncaring. If you want to know more, feel free to call. I still need medical care." - Harriet

Saratoga Hospital: "Once you get to a room. This is where the service drops. It can be up to 2 hours before ANYONE enters the room to see how you are doing. Had ER experience two days ago and thought maybe a fluke but nope in the ER again tonight with pain in chest and it's been over an hour and no one has set foot in my room. I understand there may be a wait but someone checking in makes a difference in customer care. I'm left wondering if they even know I am in here. " - Elizabeth
