Unc Hospitals: "I was at UNC Hosp. ER on 5/21/26 at 1am. By 3:30am, I never was seen by a doctor, so I left. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room. Terrible service. " - Janet

Johnston Health: "Have been twice with different family members and yet two different providers read imagine wrong. One said there was no fracture on an X-Ray only to be called the next morning saying there was one and to come back, the second a CT scan as normal only to be called and say to make an appointment with your primary doctor now and go get a different prescription. The uncalled for and rude comments by the nurse on the second visit was just the icing on the cake. 10/10 would not recommend Clayton ER." - Charles

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center: "My wife arrived at Novant NH Hospital at 6:30 pm and was told that she would be admitted for cardiac observation overnight. As of 12:20 AM nearly 6 hours after admission she still lies on a gurney in a hallway in ER. We are told that there is a shortage of admission physicians who have to authorize the move to a room in the hospital. This is pathetic. " - Bob

Adventhealth Hendersonville: "I want to personally thank Kristina, the nurse practician who took care of me. She reassured me about taking measures to calm all my fears and run many tests to find out what was wrong. She was kind and compassionate to an 80 year old who was scared. The nurses were also wonderful and very attentive. Thanks for a good experience for a patient from Florida on vacation." - Marcia
