Samaritan Hospital Of Troy, New York: "Nurses were excellent but housekeeping was not great am on 4th floor young woman housekeeper was awful she didn't wipe anything down at all or mop floor which was not very clean due to weather she was in bathroom for about ten mins behind wall where I couldn't see her I am not sure what she was doing possible texting not sure I hate to complain about anyone but she did not clean anything I got up to do myself I'm sorry to complain but this is very dangerous with all the things going around now. Otherwise care was great." - A.g.

Samaritan Hospital: "After almost 9 hours in the e r my son was finally given a bed in the hospital. I think the staff is well intentioned. The e r staffing seemed inadequate. The e r seemed inadequate. Many patients were lined up in the halls. They were out of wheel chairs. The signage outside and inside the hospital for the e r could stand improvement. After some time the only available things to eat were what health seeking people would consider to be junk food. While the new e r is being built I would advise patients to go somewhere else.
