Saint Peter's University Hospital: "Came to ER with broken wrist. Was told doctor in ER does not look at patients unless you are more serious. Took exray. Was told my staff we should go to Medi merge next time. Saw orthopedic today. WS told by this doctor that the cast put on my arm was the worst thing he has ever seen done by a professional. Took 5 hours because the physicians assistant was constantly interrupted. Nurses were unqualified. You need to train this staff. It has gone down hill since I was a patient. Terrible experience. Saint Peter's University Hospital: "I have NO IDEA where St. Peters University Hospital it getting their stats on ER wait times!! Almost every time my mother is transported via ambulance to the waiting room, it is a guarantee that we are in the ER for 9 - 10 hours before being admitted! This is total nonsense! One time they even wanted to send her home on antibiotics for a severe UTI; when they have on record that the only antibiotics she can take are the ones via I.V.
Unfortunately, NO ONE reads anymore!!! NO ONE reads my notes and or the previous hospital notes!" - Michelle
