Saint Luke's South Hospital: "RN gave me the impression I was wasting his time by being there with my cough and high fever. He obviously doesn't like treating fat older people and started the IV where it would be the most painful doing a terrible taping job. No communication as to vitals or medical triage. Just put the gown on and doc will be in soon. Coldest care ever. I have 20 years ER experience and observing these people was very sad to watch. The ER doc eventually became more involved. The X-ray tech was excellent." - Pat
