Sacred Heart Hospital: "6 hours and still waiting in the lobby. The bathroom and lobby are filthy. No water in the vending machine. My mother has been slumped over in a wheelchair the whole time. Very demoralizing and sad for everyone in here. At least the girls working at the desk helped me get my mother in a wheelchair and I appreciate that and it’s why I stayed. After this experience, I will personally choose to die at home before I ever come to an ER. It is an absolutely horrible experience. So disappointed in our medical system. Is this all because we are at the mercy of insurance. Care for patients well being is definitely not in the equation anymore. " - rhea

Sacred Heart Hospital: "I have found this wait time for the ER to be the second best (West Florida Hospital ER being #1), in Pensacola, Florida. Sometimes it takes forever, the nurse and other employees are grumpy and make u feel like u r putting them out because u r sick. Other times they are great and getting checked in and seen goes pretty fast. Neither Sacred Heart Hospital ER nor Baptist Hospital ER is consistent like West Florida Hospital’s ER in wait time, service or friendliness" - Denise

Sacred Heart Hospital: "I had my wife at the ER today (4/20.2018) before 11:00 a.m. She was taken back to a room at 1:55 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. she had still not seen a doctor. This is NOT in anyway acceptable. They only had one (1) doctor on duty. If my wife had been dying, she would have been dead before a Doctor ever come in to see her. This is the last time I ever use Sacred Heart ER." - Jimmy
