Rockdale Medical Center: "I arrived by ambulance around 6pm. The triage guy was rude and kept insisting that I didn't take my blood pressure medicine. I don't have high blood pressure, but it went very high which was why I went to the hospital. An older woman with anxiety is invisible to these people. They should have put me on a bp monitor right away, no, they stuck me in an uncomfortable chair for over 9 hrs. Only when I protested at the 6 hr mark did they give me three tests. I had had a mild heart attack. They sent me back to the triage room for another 3 hrs. My back hurts, my legs swelled up, I hadn't eaten anything, and just wanted to be treated like a human being. In the end, I had to escape this nightmare. This place needs a complete management overhaul. Can't wait for the bill to arrive." - Patti
