Redmond Regional Medical Center: "I went to Redmond ER on Thursday 8/25/22 with chest pain shortness of breath and nausea.People whi came in after me with a twisted ankle were seen ahead of me. I waited in the waiting room 6 hours and when I asked how much longer I was told there was 7 more ahead of me. At that point I hurt from sitting in the waiting room chairs and figured I could go home and be comfortable without care better than being uncomfortable with no care there. " - Tracey

Redmond Regional Medical Center: "7/19 been in ER since 9pm last night. Several people weee before us & left because they were 5-6hrs. Pitiful situation here. Staff leaves people waiting until they give up & go home. Have you sign out leaving your responsible for their poor care in case something happens to them They’re not responsible. Been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and same thing happened before. Heard the receptionist tell a patient only one Dr ln duty tonight. When you ask them questions, they have no answers. This place is a joke. Will be filing a formal complaint." - John

Redmond Regional Medical Center: "Yes my daughter took me to the ER on April 2nd with a 104.8 fever and my breast had been hurting. Because of the covid19 protocols my daughter was not allowed inside with me. She told the nurses at the door my symptoms. I was treated for a UTI and kidney stones and they sent me walking out to the car. I had to go to Urgent care the next day and I just came home from Erlanger today where I had surgery on my breast. I feel my care was over looked because they were focused on the Covid19. I understand the struggles with this but I was very disappointed in my care." - Brenda
