Raleigh General Hospital: "I am the father of Emma Day. We had the horrible experience of waiting for care at RGH Prompt Care today, 2/28/2016. after the triage nurse took our information and sent us back to the herd...or I mean the waiting area, we sat there for nearly 3 hours while I saw no one being called in for treatment....sat there we did and one time a lab tech came in the room and took blood from this one lady...in the waiting room, for God sake! I went there because I wanted treatment for my little girl...all we got was her temperature taken and her heart rate displayed. I know you've suffered layoffs due to Obama's War on Coal...but that shouldn't translate into poor service to those still depending on you for their healthcare needs!!!!!! We finally left because, just like you and your staff, we have a life to live outside a waiting pen!!!!" - Emma
