Putnam Hospital Center: "Waited almost 7 hours on August 23rd for my mom to be seen (94 years old). Not one medical person came out or triaged any of the patients in the waiting room. When I asked to speak to the Nursing Supervisor after more than 6 hours, I was approached by 2 security officers and a police officer. The police officer stood in an intimidating stance and told me to sit down and wait another hour. I left. Will never go back. Complete disregard for patients medical needs." - Kathy

Putnam Hospital Center: "I was very concerned over a person that was sick and I felt it necessary to take her to the Emergency at Putnam County Hospital in Carmel, NY ! I thought that a hospital and it’s staff are there to help the people ! and they are getting paid to do their job and if their choice of career is too much then maybe they should keep looking til they find a job they are happy with ! There is no room at hospitals for gossip ! prejudices ! or any other rude behaviors ! If a person goes to the Emergency Of a hospital it’s because they are in need of urgent care ! " - Ianna
