Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center: "My biggest mistake was I was too sick to check the comments before committing to this hospital for emergency health problem. I had waited by now 4hrs long and haven’t be able to see a doctor, the patient before me he still waiting and had been here 6hrs. This hospital fail to help people like me who is sick but not bleeding in a gunshot wounds, they should be honest with me when I walk in in admitting that the chance I may have to wait 3,4,5,hrs or more and let me decide to sign up. For not doing that they are totally lack of compassion as their motto proudly displayed. Do not come to this hospital if your life depends on it. " - Kim

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center: "Brought my husband in 5/9/22 for a severe rash due to an allergic reaction from antibiotics. The itching was so bad he had not slept in over 24 hrs, rash was spreading, and he was scratching himself raw. We arrived at 5:30 pm and as of 1:00am have yet to be seen. The only response we get from anyone is “ they don’t tell us anything in the back”. Meanwhile I will be missing a day of work considering we have not been seen yet, and he won’t have any skin left of we ever get seen???? This place sucks!! I would not recommend coming here for anything!" - Patricia

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center: "If I could leave no stars I would. I visited this ER 3 times because the 3rd time other ERs weren't accepting at that moment. I didn't want to go back because of how incredibly inconsiderate the staff was, letting their personal beliefs interfere with my health. The first visit was 2/17 and the doctor told me that I was dehydrated because I was pregnant. No shit, I've been puking 20-30 times a day unable to keep water and anything else down. It was painful and the moment I said that I couldn't continue a pregnancy with this amount of pain the sent me home without making sure I was hydrated enough. On 2/18 I had to go back because the vomiting got even worse. The second doctor did the exact same thing. I'm not a very big person, 5'6" 130lbs give or take. Vomiting that much was having a severe impact on my sleep, mental, and physical health. I was too weak to walk, couldn't sit up, etc. Now the NURSE on this visit was absolutely condescending and so rude to myself and my boyfriend who was trying to be by advocate. We had the first nurse tell us that she wanted to confirm with the doctor that I still needed a blood test since I had just been there not ever 12 hours later. When my boyfriend mentioned this to this new day nurse (she mentioned she was a travel nurse from texas) she went off talking to us in a condescending tone that made me extremely upset. She acted like we were assholes when it was a simple question. Sorry if our questions bothered you but bless your heart I thought you were hired for that?
My last visit, 2/21, was the only decent experience I had because I had a female doctor and she let me sleep and catch up on fluids for the most part. Still no diagnosis other than, you guessed it, dehydration.

Today i went to a clinic where they informed me that I had hypermesis gravidarum, an actual condition that can be fatal if not treated. So thanks a lot Providence. You literally almost let me die because I didn't want to continue a pregnancy with a disease you never even mentioned or tested for. DO NOT GO HERE. You won't be taken seriously. "
