Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center: "When my husband was having chest pain he was taken to the Sacred Heart ER. They were wonderful. The whole visit only took 3 hours which they were able to do labs, vitals, EKG, etc. while we were waiting to see the doc. This helped to not only be productive but made the time go by quickly. I feel the care he got there was excellent. " - Ashley

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center: "The amount of people who complain on here is ridiculous. If you have the energy to throw a tantrum that you aren't being seen within what YOU have determined is a reasonable time, you are not their top priority. Their top priority are the patients who are so sick that they can't complain. Being brought in an ambulance doesn't mean you'll be seen first. You are still triaged like everyone else, and then appropriately placed. The ER isn't a hotel room, they are there to keep you alive. " - Ally

They called a Med Cab to get me home around 8:00 PM. Finally went to ER Desk, Joe called that company, would not pick me up until 4:00 AM. He then called Orange Cab, I got home around 12:30 AM. Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center: "I have been here over 5 hours in the ER and still waiting. I am here for psychiatric problems. I also have an injured elbow. I have had no labs or no x rays done since I been here. I am also a diabetic, have had no food or water. Also I am a severe seizure patient and I have seizures without warning. The worse thing, they took a man who was being discharged and put him in a room with a bed. I have nerve damage in my lower back and they have not given me a room. The security guard Taylor said they had a room for him but not me and I am a female who isn't being discharged. I am being treated disrespectfully. I hope I don't have a seizure because I would might not get the help here." - Suzan
