Mission Hospital Regional Med Center: "On 9/1/8/22 I visited Mission Hospital ER because of excruciating headache + confusion. I waited 4.5 hours in the waiting room, on ver uncomfortable chair with wooden armrests. I was briefly taken for blood draw and CT scan but always returned to the waiting room. After asking 4 times, I received a pain pill. By that time I had been there 4 hours. I finally saw the ER doctor, 5 hours after my arrival. I would have to be on my deathbed before I ever go again." - kery

Mission Hospital Regional Med Center: "SIX HOURS my wife sat in a chair writhing in pain with ZERO HELP......... nobody cared in the slightest. Worst medical experience I've ever had in my life. You guys are horrendous. " - Mike

Mission Hospital Regional Med Center: "Horrible experience there tonight with my 95 year old mother. She had fallen amd had a hurt leg and bad scrape. However she was alert when I brought her in to the ER at Mission Hospital. They let her sit for 2 hours and she increasingly became faint, nauseated and needed to lay down. She was heaving and in distress. I asked the on call front nurse for help. I was told she had to continue to wait. I had to take her to the bathroom and lift her onto the toilet. It was terrible. The lack of empathy and not even helping me to get into the bathroom or onto a gurney was a pitiful experience. Considering her age and that she was unable to sit up for that amount of time after a fall should have been recognized and addressed sooner. I’m glad I have this forum to warn others. I’m sure the bill will be substantially greater than the treatment she received." - Mary

Mission Hospital Regional Med Center: "waited 6 hours while I watched people come in several hours after me come in and leave. this is supposed to be an EMERGENCY room!! I finally walked out after sitting in their terrible ER having a 6 hour panic attack and trouble swallowing" - jane
