Providence Little Company Of Mary Med Ctr Torrance: "This hospital is very insincere when it comes to patient care. My primary physician told me to go to the hospital so tgey could do all the lab work i need in one visit instead of multiple visits with him and different specialists. The Drs. here have just tried to downplay the seriousness of my condition my past two visits. I am not there seeking pain medication which so many other people need. Both my parents passed away from cancer rectal and stomach cancer. I have a right to be screened for cancer if i feel the need and i was or am still dealing with a skin infection from a possible brown recluse bite and possible blood poisoning and the Dr. this visit gave me a common cephelexin and sulfamethoxazol antibiotic prescription which did help but not heal the source of the infection. The wait time was less than 10 minutes and I did get very good response time and high quality nurses but the Dr. care wasnt what i expected from a hospital with a religios background. I will go back to express my concern and give them one more chance but i am going to have to demand the service i need and possibly mention taking legal action if they dont do there job more thouroughly. I will be honest about my next visit today as I am now. Hopefully its positive." - Erik

Providence Little Company Of Mary Med Ctr Torrance: "Spent 9 hours at ER SHOULD HAVE BEEN 2 max. Patients wait outside exposed to weather and get sunburned or with outside in chairs under blankets. There were 40 people outside most elderly with nobody checking on them, bringing water or just basic care this ER SYSTEM IS a joke. Nurse confirmed avg wait is 6 hours. We were not the exception many people outside for 8 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE! " - Andrew
