Providence Centralia Hospital: "I sat in the E.R..waiting area with severe pains in my low back for SEVEN hours today!!!!They did put an IV in to take blood and a chest xray after 3 hours of sitting!!!I sat for 4 more hours before I asked how much longer and was told a few more hours to even get a bed to be looked at!!!!Seriously!!!I'm so disgusted with Centralia Hospital I could spit nails!!The staff was rude insensitive and ARNP that spoke with me in the midst of all of this WAITING did nothing for me I had to suggest for her to rule out heart issues by telling her to do an EKG!!I had forgotten how incompetent this Hospital was but reminded and regretted my choice immediately. I left after SEVEN hours with no answers!!!!I surely hope my low back pain..tingling in my left hand..dizziness..and headache have nothing to do with a heart issue OTHERWISE they will know it!!!!Not impressed by incompetent medical staff no matter what their excuses are 7 hours give it up you should just shut down..SEVEN plus at least 4 more he'll you should just admitted me over night...I will not recommend or say ONE positive thing about Centralia!!!And you get no payment!!" - Samantha

Providence Centralia Hospital: "Absolute worst visit I have ever had. I don't go often and haven't been since the pandemic but this visit was no less than shocking. I had severe virus/sinus or allergies and hard time breathing so I had no choice but to go.I can't find a primary due to new medical insurance. When i got there I noticed an elderly woman broke her arm and bruised her face still waiting from the night before (7am I got there). A man was sitting and flailing in his wheel chair in agonizing pain screaming in terror, the staff just ignored him. Another man was wandering around (shouldn't have been) and took a nasty fall and cracked his head by the reception desk. It took 4 minutes to get that poor man help. A couple that sat next to me stated they had been there 13 hours waiting to be seen. A guy in the back we could hear him calling staff names and throwing things pleading to leave because he'd been there too long. This hospital is unacceptable and I will be informing the medical board across the state. Needless to say I was there 10 hours with not a solid answer on what was going on, mainly because several times they forgot to do the tests they said they were going to do. They forgot the strep test, forgot to give the IV for fluids and didn't discharge me until I was adamant enough to walk out. This hospital should be shut down, or clean house and get some professionals in there that know the meaning of quality patient care. My family and I will never be back there. " - Heidi

Providence Centralia Hospital: "I have been to both Providence Cent, and Providence Olympia , I like providence Cent its easy to get to. Parking is pretty good, does need improved, And the Nurses are always very nice, Dr? well not so much, they dont talk much and its hard to get them to open up. It always, now days up to the nurse unless its life threatening, Providence Olympia , about the same except for ease of access and Parking, the wait time is sometimes shorter, depending on the night. I still prefer, Centrala." - Pamela
