Presence Mercy Medical Center: "Wait time in the waiting room -8-9 hours on Tuesday 9/5. No updates given as to how much longer. They should tell you how long when you come in so you can decide then to go somewhere else. When they do bring you back to a room- no one connects you to monitor or checks you out to make sure you ok, they just take you back to room and again you wait for someone to come finally check you out. No blanket given or pillow, or call light to call if you need something. Please inquire about how long it will be and if they can’t tell you how long go somewhere else. Your life is valuable and you should demand the best care. Always advocate for yourself. I wish I would have inquired instead of waiting and then they didn’t even really help me-I went to another ED days later. " - Lila
