Portneuf Medical Center: "Negative mostly on wait time at Portneuf Hospital: Many times 2 and 3 hour wait in ER lobby before even going back to see someone. I would like a community rating of "actual patients". Wait time of insured vs self pay done say via Idaho State Journal, news stations....! " - Nicole
