Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center: "I was in hospital June 22 & 23.the treatment was absolutely terrible.if you call nurses station they hang up or don't answer. They are short nurses and my treatment was very poor. I was treatment terrible by a RN named Ronald.i listened to other patients crying and they were not receiving any care from the nurses it was so pathetic. I've been going there 65 years. The doctors are fine intact they don't even know how people are being treated.its beyond unacceptable. I walked out on my own. I was in a urine soaked bed nurses station didn't care.it may be a trauma center but good God you don't want to go to this hospital. The rating is 1 because there isn't a zero rating. They are desperate for employees and hire people without knowledge and experience. I've never been so afraid in a hospital in my entire life. I called hospital operator to get help because nobody was available. The worst experience of my life. I was born there and it's not the same anymore and probably never will. The nurses were talking about patients in hallway and other nurses. One female nurse was saying that another nurse was gay. Who cares about that anyway besides discrimination they need to focus on the patients more. I called the hospital and they don't seem to care at all.its not a sincere environment or even caring environment. It's so sad people go there and expect good care. You definitely won't get it a PVCH EVER.
