Emory Eastside Medical Center: "Infected tooth and bone need pain meds" - Michael

Aug 18, 2021, 5:56 PM
Emory Eastside Medical Center: "I went to the ER at around 1.00am with left leg and left chest pains. Was seen by a tech. Vital signs were taken. Saw registration around 3am. Several triage nurses reviewed other patients and I was ignored by the tech and triage staff until 7am when I was triaged and treated. Dr. White and Nurse Tammy provided good care.
Please watch the video for that night. I was not the only patient that received poor care. 2 pregnant women were also treated badly. You do not have proper triage staff. The tech did not even note my chest pains complaint. She had no compassion even when I went to her several times during the night for help. 6 hours to get triaged is poor service. I hope I do not need to return to your hospital. Your wait times are fictitious. I would give a score of 1/5. Terrible hospital to go to. "

Emory Eastside Medical Center: "Unfortunately, had to go on a Sunday. Went in at 11 am and at 7 pm (8 hrs) still wasn't seen. Went up to the desk to guy who was very rude and told me to sit down and wait my turn or leave. " - Zee
