    Phoenix Children's Hospital: "We went to PXH urgent care at 7:30 PM. They sent us to the main ER dor appendicitis symptoms. 5 hours later we are still in the lobby. All they did for triage was cursory basic vitals. I like PCH, but the ER is awful." - Still

    Phoenix Children's Hospital: "We had to come to Phoenix Children’s Hospital ER because my daughter hurt her foot.. we got to the hospital at 2:30am and it will is now 5:47 am. An we are still here waiting in this freezing waiting room. I had high rating for this hospital in the past but now that changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Very, very displeased.... very!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Never again will I come to Phoenix Children’s hospital Er unless It was the only hospital
    That is available and it was a matter of life and death for my child."
